BROWSER EXTENSION TERMS OF USE AND POLICY
By installing, configuring, or using the ShopCare browser extension on TikTok or TikTok Shop, you (the ‘User’ or ‘Customer’) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the specific terms below:
1. Nature and scope of the Extension
The ShopCare extension is a browser-based assistance tool designed to interact directly with the User's TikTok administrative interfaces, including TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, and related pages, to perform automation, order and product management, or data analysis tasks at the User's direct request.
2. Important terms and commitments when using the Extension
2.1. Consent to authorize actions on TikTok Shop
By installing and activating the ShopCare extension, the User expressly authorizes ShopCare and the extension to perform technical actions on the User's TikTok Shop account and related TikTok administrative pages on their behalf.
These actions strictly follow the commands or configurations set by the User on ShopCare's SaaS system.
Users are fully responsible for the legality of their automation settings and decisions on their personal or business TikTok Shop account.
2.2. Disclaimer regarding third-party platform (TikTok) policies
ShopCare is fully exempt from liability for risks, damages, or account sanctions, such as feature restrictions, suspension, freezing, or permanent TikTok/TikTok Shop account bans, arising from TikTok policy or algorithm changes or detection of automated activities.
Users understand and acknowledge that browser automation tools and third-party extensions may fall outside or conflict with certain original TikTok Terms of Service. Users are therefore fully responsible for monitoring and complying with TikTok's continually updated rules and policies and bear all risks arising from this integration.
3. Privacy and data security through the Extension
No storage of sensitive credentials: The ShopCare extension operates using the User's current browser session or officially authorized APIs. ShopCare does not store Users' TikTok account passwords.
Scope of data collection: The Extension reads and processes data directly on relevant TikTok websites/interfaces only when directly or implicitly activated by the User's management actions to provide ShopCare services. We undertake not to use this data for any other unauthorized purpose.
4. Stopping use and uninstalling the Extension
Users may revoke authorization and stop data collection at any time by uninstalling the extension from their browser.
Immediately after uninstallation, all ShopCare access rights and automated actions through the extension on the User's browser cease.
