You must have a valid TikTok Shop store that you legally own or manage to connect and use the service.

You must install the ShopCare browser extension to use product pinning and Flash Sale creation features during livestreams.

Features are provided within the scope of your subscribed plan. Certain features, such as automatic Flash Sale creation, returns analytics, and return appeals, are available only on the Advanced plan.

Use of ShopCare must comply with TikTok Shop's policies and terms. We are not responsible if TikTok Shop takes action against your store for violating its own policies.

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance and system upgrades and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
