TIKTOK SHOP API - SHOPCARE
ShopCare uses the following APIs with authorization from TikTok and Customers to perform tasks requested by Customers (updated October 2, 2026):
Shop information: Retrieve basic store information, including name, Shop ID, cipher code, and region code, after a successful connection for storage in the management system.
Products and images:
Retrieve TikTok's product category list to support categorization when publishing products.
Create/publish new products directly from our system to TikTok Shop.
Retrieve product details to monitor changes, such as inventory, product issues, and actual commission.
Search and synchronize product lists for display, affiliate commission comparison, or selection for promotions.
Shipping and warehouses (Logistics):
Synchronize the shop's warehouse list to set pickup information when creating new products.
Retrieve available shipping options for each warehouse for correct assignment when publishing products.
Orders:
Periodically synchronize orders in bulk, including order history and latest statuses, to the system.
Update order details immediately, typically when the system receives a webhook reporting an order status change.
After-sales (Returns, Refunds, Cancellations):
Synchronize customers' return and refund requests to the system.
Synchronize customers' cancellation requests.
Retrieve a return request's log and history to help sellers track it, provide evidence, and resolve complaints.
Promotions / Activities:
Search and manage Flash Sale promotions running in the shop.
Retrieve detailed information and configuration for a specific promotional campaign.
Create a new Flash Sale promotion directly through the API.
Update the products participating in a Flash Sale, such as adding products or setting special prices, for an existing campaign.
Cancel or end an ongoing promotion early (deactivate it).
